You’ve had phases where you practiced something and then… stopped.
Just because life got in the way.

You keep thinking you lack willpower.
And somewhere in the back of your mind, there’s that sentence:
“I could never keep this up anyway.”

One simple daily practice - of your choice -repeated over time, with support.

How does it work?

You’ll practice once a day for 40 days.
You can choose between two mindfulness practice options, depending on what feels right for you.
We’ll meet live four times on Zoom, and there’s a WhatsApp group, so you’re not doing this alone. Plenty of supportive information to stay on track and cheering on:-)
The group is small (max. 10 people).
We start January 6!
